We caught THIS many prawns! Sin Ming prawning place, 2 rods, 3 hours, Lazy and my sister and me. Again, why did we catch so many prawns?

I made these during a mahjong game because the players were hungry. And hungry players are tu-lan players. So obviously, being the immature kids we were, we HAD to have fun with the food.

All because of one person.

If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have seen that side of you who hadn't stood up strongly for me, but instead let him break us apart.

Kangaroo T—shirt trio may face contempt proceedings
SINGAPORE : Singapore’s Attorney—General (AG) has applied to the High Court to commence contempt proceedings against three individuals who are alleged to have impugned the reputation of the country’s judiciary.
They are John Tan Liang Joo, Isrizal bin Mohamed and Muhammad Shafi’ie Syahmi bin Sariman.
According a statement from the AG’s Chambers, the three appeared in the new Supreme Court building wearing identical white T—shirts bearing a palm—sized picture of a kangaroo dressed in a judge’s gown.
A kangaroo court or trial refers to a sham legal proceeding or court.
The incident occurred in May this year while a hearing to assess damages for defamation payable by Chee Soon Juan, Chee Siok Chin and fellow members of the Singapore Democratic Party was taking place in the building.
The defamation action had earlier been brought against them by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew.
If the High Court grants the AG’s application, the three respondents will be officially notified of the proceedings against them and a hearing date will be set for them to make their arguments in open court. — CNA /ls
They're not even speaking! Bringing lawsuit against people wearing T-shirts? Seriously overreacting.
No seriously. The world human rights activists really need to see this. Singalorleans are too timid to speak up, we even have one tiny corner where protests are recently finally allowed (protests are only allowed at the tiny speaker's corner, nowhere else), and even those are under strict control. A word out of place, LAWSUIT. A toe out of line, LAWSUIT.
Who the fish in Singalore dares to speak up nowadays? Wear suggestive T-shirt, LAWSUIT. Put up white elephant cut-outs, (almost) LAWSUIT. Whoever the person is who set up the white elephant gag, I salute you!
..... Wait, will saluting white elephant gaggers get me a LAWSUIT as well?
After awhile, it gets boring. The initial examples were already set, so.... how long will it take for them to understand that winning a defamation lawsuit does not render you a better character to the public? I think it only worsens your reputation. Hmm...

The C Word
Everybody else was right in saying that he won't stay hidden for long, that he will come back despite his numerous declarations that he's going away.
He contacted Lazy today and asked him out for dinner. Alone. A request made frequently by him in the past. Please lock your girlfriend up at home and come out alone because I don't want to see your girlfriend. Which is not wrong by nature, except for the fact that Lazy refuses to let me go for dinner with my own friends alone. Which is also not an unreasonable request given that Lazy's afraid of losing me, but the bad feeling could've been erased if I had been allowed to go along with him.
When Lazy called me and talked to me using his guilty voice, I knew something was up. Go lor, I said, using my most nonchalent voice. I know I haven't been the best of girlfriends, and with Lazy single-handedly supporting my new business startup, the least I could do is to let him go have his fun alone.
He wasn't asking for permission. He was asking if I minded or not. Either way, he could have gone without asking, but he took into consideration my feelings for his actions, which was very, very sweet of him.
Lazy's been the most supreme awesome boyfriend ever. Yes, he occasionally drives me barking mad with his nonchalence and sometimes brainlessness, but on the whole he's been peachy peach.
He used to be living under C's shadow, being commanded around and always made to believe that he is unable to do anything right. Ever since C left, he's become so much more of a man, with his growing confidence and sense of security. I always believed that a confident man is a competant man, and Lazy is my living proof. He's so much better at everything now, and is in total control of his own life.
I don't want him to go back to who he was, but I don't want him to not be able to do what he wants to do just to make me happy.
It's a dilemma for me as well. I used to hate this guy. But I have confidence in my Lazy to not be affected by C anymore now. And I'm learning to let go of any hangups for Lazy's happiness. Lazy wants me to be happy, so I want Lazy to be happy too.
C can dislike me all he wants, because all I care about is only Lazy. I lurve my Lazychoo choo choo.
I'm gonna stay at home and be a good girl for Lazy tonight.

Updates On The Little Girl
Some free toy toy given by Pet Lover's Centre when we ordered dog food delivery. Mandy doesn't like it when we take her toy toy from her mouth, and will do funny funny things like lie down to prevent us from taking.

Being loyal Earth Cafe supporters, we went there again with Mandy.
This time, we've got pictures.
This was my meal. I wasn't feeling too well, so only had appetite for two small sandwiches before I chucked the rest at the Lazy.
Lazy had what I had previously, their fish 'n' chips.
Mandy tried something new. If I remember correctly, this should be their doggy din din.
After lunch, we went to our usual haunt - Bishan Park dog run.
Peanut was there,
.. this time sporting a gold chain. Her little girl must love her so very much.
We spotted a Great Dane some way off. Lazy was very amused because he's never seen one in real life before.
Huge.
That black spot on the right is a small dog, not a pigeon.

This was Lazy's and my couple rings we bought from M+Y last year. Because of my allergies for certain metals, I can only get stainless steel or silver-grade-and-above rings. This was stainless steel.
Lazy said the other day that he wanted for us to change our rings every year, since it was quite cheap and it's nice to have different rings now and then, we went ahead and got this:
Bought at Bishan Junction 8 for $129 a pair with free engraving. I think it's quite cheap because it's quite chunky and the carvings on the top are quite intricate.
It's from one of the pushcarts called Love Bugs. They're selling stainless steel jewellery, which is perfect for me.

The Lazy backside can be supremely cute at times.
The other day we were at Bishan for lunch with a couple of friends. I was telling him about the massive amount of people getting married recently.
When we got out of the car, Lazy sheepishly and incredibly nonchalently asked me a question.
"Darling," *shy* "you..... want to get married with me?" *shy* *shy* *blush* "You don't want.." *pout*
DON'T HAVE LIKE THAT ASK ONE LORRRRR! Like asking me if I want to go shopping with him like that.

Just Some Random Post
Random Squawk: I've dealt with it. I don't want to talk about it. And the relief is that this time, nobody else other than Mom, sis, Lazy and my white brother knows about it, so when the problem is solved I don't have to do much explaining.
Found pretty pretty outside my door yesterday. Lazy saw her silhouette from downstairs when we were out for Tracy's nightly walk.
I'm living on the 5th floor. Hope pretty pretty gets down safe.
And also..
We're.. kind of.. looking for houses. In Yishun.
Anyone knows of any agents who can help?
